I can't make a Wi-Fi call. What should I do?

To use the Appels WiFi (WiFi Calling) service, you must carry out certain checks or take certain actions:

  • You must be subscribed to POP Mobile or BusinessEurope
    You will not be able to use the Appels WiFi (WiFi Calling) service if you only have a Mobile Internet subscription (POP Mobile Mobile Internet or Data to Go) that does not include a Voice package.
     
  • You must have a compatible smartphone
     
  • You must be connected to a WiFi Calling-enabled router 
    Some iPv6 decoders do not support this function.
     
  • Activate the VoLTE setting
    You must activate the free Appels 4G (VoLTE) service to be able to take advantage of the Appels WiFi option.
     
  • Activate the WiFi Calling setting
