Answers to your questions
This plan does not offer mobile Internet access. However, you can connect to a WiFi network if your phone is compatible. Or you can choose one of our other plans that does include mobile data.
A phone is used to make calls and send messages, while a smartphone comes with extra features such as Internet access.
Yes, all types of phone are compatible with this plan. However, a smartphone’s Internet features will only be available through WiFi. Connections to 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks are not covered by this plan.
The BASIC 100% Voice plan includes the latest call features. With the Appels WiFi option (www.post.lu/appels-wifi), you can make calls over a WiFi network from Luxembourg, assuming your phone is compatible. Call time is deducted from your plan.
Yes, you can make calls to and from other countries at the price shown in your pricing plan.
Yes, you can hold on to your current number when you sign up for BASIC 100% Voice. You can also keep it if you decide to change plan again in the future.
1/ The tariff applicable for the month of subscription is calculated pro rata based on the number of days remaining between the subscription date and the last day of the month in question. Terminations will be processed by the deadlines set in the General Terms & Conditions of Sale / Special Terms & Conditions for Mobile Phones and the last day of the month in question. If a number is ported to another operator, Clients may be compensated for any delay or impropriety in the process, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. They may submit a request to POST in accordance with Article 21.1 of the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2/ Domestic calls: calls from the POST mobile network (including the 4G mobile network depending on compatibility with your handset) to a landline or mobile number on a domestic network, or voicemail consultation. Excluding special numbers, satellite communications and video calls.
3/ Calls to and from Europe: Calls from the POST mobile network (including the 4G mobile network depending on compatibility with your handset) to a landline or mobile number in Europe, calls from a European country to a fixed or mobile number in Europe, and calls to a voicemail consultation number. Excluding special numbers, video calls and satellite communications. The term “Europe” refers to zone 1 on the list shown in the international and roaming tariffs section. Units used to and from Europe are deducted from plans in the order that POST Telecom S.A. processes billing data sent by foreign operators. This will depend on the technical constraints inherent to the billing system and the dates on which this data is received; POST Telecom S.A. cannot guarantee that this order will match the chronological order of communications.
4/ National SMS / to and from Europe: SMS from the POST mobile network to a mobile on a domestic network, to a mobile number in Europe or from a European country (zone 1). Excluding satellite communications and premium SMS. (prices available on www.post.lu/conditions-des-offres). When an SMS is sent to more than one recipient, the SMS will be charged for each recipient. It is free to receive SMS on the POST mobile network or a European mobile network. Units used to and from Europe are deducted from plans in the order that POST Telecom S.A. processes billing data sent by foreign operators. This will depend on the technical constraints inherent to the billing system and the dates on which this data is received; POST Telecom S.A. cannot guarantee that this order will match the chronological order of communications. POST provides a telephony service with no minimum level of quality of service.
