What is an electronic registered letter?
Electronic registered letters allow one or more electronic documents to be sent to the e-mail address of a recipient who can receive them online using strong authentication with a digital identity device (physical or mobile token). The qualified electronic registered delivery service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 is equivalent to that of a paper-based registered delivery.
