I can’t make 4G calls. What should I do?
To use the Appels 4G (VoLTE) service, you need to:
- Have a POP Mobile, BASIC+ or BusinessEurope subscription. You will not be able to use the Appels 4G service if you have a Mobile Internet subscription without a Voice package (Data to Go...).
- Have a compatible smartphone
- Activate the VoLTE setting
