Why do I need the recipient’s consent?
According to Article 34 of the Law of 17 July 2020 amending the Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce: Subject to the application of specific legal or regulatory requirements, no one may compel or be forced to use a qualified electronic registered delivery service.
