Can the recipient refuse an electronic registered letter upon receipt?
After having verified their identity, the recipient can voluntarily refuse receipt of the electronic registered letter. This will prevent them from accessing the content of the electronic registered letter, but will not affect the validity of the registered letter, in particular compliance with the delivery date.
Once the recipient has accessed the content of the electronic registered letter, they can no longer refuse receipt.
