Why am I having trouble connecting my Data Box to Wi-Fi?

Follow these steps to check your Wi-Fi connection and connect to your Data Box correctly: 

  1. Check that the Wi-Fi light on your box is permanently on
  2. Check whether your phone/laptop/tablet is within range of the box
  3. Check that you’ve entered the right password, which can be found on the label on the back of the box
  4. If the problem continues, restart your box or restore it to its factory settings.
