How to update my personal Data?
To update your personal data, you just need to go to the "My profile" menu on the eboo eBanking app and attach your documents such as your ID card and current residence certificate.
It is also possible to send us a scan of these documents by email at contact.finance@post.lu.
Among the documents to be sent, you must also complete a “FATCA” form and a “Additional information” document. These documents are listed below:
