How can I get the combined POP offer and enjoy the benefits?

Answers to your questions

Yes, you’ll automatically be switched to POP Mobile – you don’t need to do anything. There are no changes either: only the name changes – everything else stays the same.

No, BAMBOO and POP Internet are two different internet packages. If you’re a BAMBOO customer and wish to switch to POP Internet, you’ll need to replace your BAMBOO package with a new POP Internet subscription. Please don’t hesitate to visit your nearest Espace POST or call the freephone number 8002 8004.

First of all, you’ll need to have a combined POP offer combining your POP Mobile plan with your POP Internet subscription, with or without TV. You’ll then need to check that your two plans are on the same customer account: same name, same address, same date of birth.

All that’s required is for one person to be the holder of an account that includes a POP Mobile plan + a POP Internet subscription, with or without TV. The same person can also ensure that family members take advantage of their mobile phone lines (up to six lines).

The POP Advantage benefits are activated via your MyPost (Mobile) app.
