No, it’s not possible. The Garantie+ option must be activated when you buy your smartphone.

All three levels of Garantie+, S, M and L, let you borrow a mobile phone if yours is being repaired. The Garantie+ S and M options entitle you to an entry-level mobile phone. Garantie+ L entitles you to a mobile phone equivalent to your own.

A scam call is a technique used to obtain your personal information fraudulently: passwords, bank account numbers, codes etc.

1. Garantie+ may be taken only when the mobile phone is bought, and applies only to mobile telecommunication devices sold as part of a mobile phone contract, or exchanged under the terms of the Garantie+ cover.

2. A one-year extension of the technical guarantee beyond the statutory guarantee allows for the repair or replacement of your mobile phone in the event of breakdown, under certain conditions.

3. The rebate may be applied to fraudulent calls or connections made by someone who is not party to the mobile phone contract following theft, from the time of the theft until a cancellation request by POST Telecom for up to 48 hours after the theft.
