POST Luxembourg monitors incoming traffic on its network and when suspicious calls are detected or flagged, the number or numbers in question are blocked, for calls both into and out of Luxembourg.

However, when a suspicious number is blocked, the scammers can easily change it, so the best thing to do is just not call back.
