I would like a new SIM card but I want to keep the same number. How do I do that?
If your device is lost or stolen, or if you need a SIM card in another format, you can choose to change your SIM card but keep the same phone number.
Just visit a POST outlet, bringing an identity document. Swapping cards is instantaneous and you can use your new card immediately.
Remember that the only person who can ask to swap a SIM card is the line holder. If you aren’t able to visit a POST outlet in person, you can ask somebody else to come on your behalf. Just make sure that you provide them with written permission in advance.
