What services are available with my landline?

POP Internet and POP Internet + customers have access to a range of landline services:

Call transfer: If you’re on the phone with someone and want to put them through to somebody else, this is the easy way to connect two speakers and withdraw from the conversation. Here are details of how to activate this option:

  • Scenario 1: You initiate the calls to No. 1 and No. 2
  1. You call the first person (No. 1), speak to them and decide to transfer them to a second person (No. 2). You put your call with No. 1 on hold (hang up briefly (or press the R key))
  2. Contact the second subscriber (dial the number for No. 2). (At this stage, you’re speaking to No. 2 and No. 1 is on hold.)
  3. Hang up to transfer the call  (No. 1 and No. 2 are now on the line together.)
  • Scenario 2: You only initiate one of the calls
  1. No. 1 calls you and asks you to transfer them to No. 2.

Cost of use: you only pay for the calls you initiate (official tariffs apply).

You want to transfer No. 1 to No. 2 : If you initiated the calls to No. 1 and No. 2 you pay for both calls, even after the transfer. If you only initiated one of the calls (either the call to No. 1 or the call to No. 2), you only pay for the call you initiated.
