What is the legal value of an electronic registered delivery?
Electronic registered letters from POST Luxembourg meet the requirements of the qualified electronic registered delivery service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014.
Law of 17 July 2020 amending the Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce, as amended. Article 34. The electronic registered delivery service: “The qualified electronic registered delivery service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 is equivalent to that of a paper-based registered delivery. Subject to the application of specific legal or regulatory requirements, no one may compel or be forced to use a qualified electronic registered delivery service.”
