How can the recipient identify the origin of the electronic registered letter?
The recipient receives an e-mail with a link to a website where the recipient must follow the LuxTrust authentication process to be able to accept and access or refuse the electronic registered letter.
The e-mail contains the following information so that the recipient can identify the origin of the e-mail:
- The name contained in the certificate that the sender used to verify their identity
- Registered letter number
- Delivery date/time
