Are Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay secure?
Yes, paying with Fitbit Pay or Garmin Pay is more secure than paying with a standard bank card or prepaid card.
The 4-digit code of your connected watch or bracelet is required each time you put it on your wrist. If you turn off heart rate monitoring, remove the watch or band from your wrist, or 24 hours have passed, you must re-enter the code before making a payment.
Your card number is not stored on your watch or connected bracelet or on the Fitbit or Garmin servers, and it is not transmitted to sellers during your purchases.
