Europe
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom

Outside Europe
Andorra, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey

Note: No more V PAY card issuance. Once the due date is reached, it will be replaced by a Visa Debit card (possibility of online payment and no restriction of acceptance).
