The commitment period for a POP Mobile plan is 12 or 24 months.
Check your contract expiry date. If there is more than 1 month left before your contract expiry date, it is not possible to renew it. If you have any other questions, contact us via our freephone number 8002 8004.
You’re on a 12-month ‘Without mobile phone’s plan:
- You opt for any other ‘Without mobile phone’ plan. It may be more or less expensive than your existing plan:
- No penalty charges will apply
- Your commitment period is renewed for another 12 months from the date of the amendment to your contract
- You opt for any other ‘With mobile phone’ plan. It may be more or less expensive than your existing plan:
- No penalty charges will apply
- Your commitment period is renewed for another 12 or 24 months from the date of the amendment to your contract
You’re on a 12- or 24-month ‘With mobile phone’ plan:
- You opt for a more expensive ‘With mobile phone’ plan without changing phones:
- No penalty charges will apply
- The commitment period on your initial contract will not be changed or extended
- You opt for a less expensive ‘With mobile phone’ plan without changing phones:
- Early termination rules will apply. To find out how much you’ll have to pay, call 8002 8004 free of charge.
- Your commitment period is renewed for another 12 or 24 months from the date of the amendment to your contract
If you want to change your commitment period (from 12 to 24 months or from 24 to 12 months), this is not possible.
