Activation on your iOS smartphone

Follow these three steps and activate Appels 4G in just a few clicks.

Select the “Mobile data” tab
Select the “Options” tab
Activate 4G by selecting “Voice and data”

Activation on your Android smartphone

Follow these four steps and activate Appels 4G in just a few clicks.

Go to settings
Select the “Connections” tab
Selection “Mobile networks”
Select “VoLTE calls”

Manage your option directly from the MyPost Telecom app

With MyPost, you can activate or deactivate an option easily. You can also track your use of this option and your plan.

Answers to your questions

The SCOUBIDO, 5G POWER, BASIC+ and BusinessEurope packages are compatible.

The Appels 4G option is free and available from Luxembourg. Your calls are deducted from your Voice plan, or billed at the normal rate for extra calls. They have no impact on your mobile internet volume.
