What is LuxID?

LuxID is a secure login solution offering a unified experience on Luxembourg websites, platforms and online applications.

Using a single set of login credentials for multiple applications simplifies the login process for users, saving time and reducing the likelihood of forgotten or weak passwords.

An initiative supported by four key players in Luxembourg

POST, Cactus, CFL and RTL have formed a joint economic interest group called LuxID to implement the new LuxID digital identity solution.

LuxID’s aim is to become the sole platform for authentication and digital identity in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

You can now use LuxID to log on to the following applications: MyPost, P+R CFL, RTL and Luxchat. LuxID will soon be available as an authentication solution on other sites. Stay tuned!

Answers to your questions

No, as an existing user of a POST application, such as MyPost or ControlCenter, you do not need to create a new account. You can simply log in with your existing credentials.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions. A reset link will be sent to your email address.

Starting from late 2023, you will be able to use LuxID for various applications from POST, CFL, and RTL.
