Go to the "Settings" menu of your decoder and select the "Subscription Details" tile to find your credentials. Your activation code can be changed at any time via your MyPost account.

Starting from April 1, 2025, the option POP TV Go on Apple TV will be a paid option costing €5/month, without commitment, per Apple TV box (maximum of 5 Apple TV boxes).

Until 31/03/2025: Simply log in using your credentials directly in the POP TV Go app on your Apple TV to subscribe to the option. Unsubscribing is also done in the app, in the "Settings" tab by clicking on "Disconnect this device."

From 01/04/2025: Simply go to the MyTV menu of your decoder to subscribe or unsubscribe, as is already the case for other POP TV options.

The Apple TV version of POP TV Go offers all the same content as the decoder version, except for VOD, VOD Pass, and applications (YouTube, Prime Video, RTL Play, etc.).
You therefore have access to all the features: Recording, Replay, favorite channels, search, etc. You also have access to the channels from the subscribed thematic packages on your decoder (except for certain channels; see list : list.pdf (alteox.lu)).

To add a package or additional storage space, you need to go to the MyTV menu on your POP TV decoder.

POP TV Go adapts according to the language of your Apple TV. Available languages: DE/FR/EN.
